We offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and select three-bedroom apartment homes with a variety of floor plans.

Yes, Residences is a pet-friendly community, with designated pet areas available for residents. Up to two pets are allowed.

The HUD federal occupancy standard of a maximum of two people per bedroom plus one additional person for the apartment. Maximum occupancy per unit type is: One Bedroom– no more than 3 occupants in a one-bedroom, Two Bedroom– no more than 5 occupants in a two-bedroom.

To qualify, the total gross income required is a minimum of 3 times the amount of the monthly rent.

Utilities

Utility inclusions vary by apartment home and lease agreement.
2 Utilities may be billed separately through service providers or allocated through a billing service.

Parking

Yes, we have plenty of open uncovered parking spaces for residents and guests. We also have garages available to rent with an additional cost.

Yes, there are EV chargers on site at The Residences. These chargers are first come, first serve and are charged per kilowatt.
